INGREDIENTS
  • Spinach leaves- ( washed- 300gm )
  • Paneer cubes – 2.50gm
  • Cumin seed – 1tsp
  • Green chilli – 3
  • Chopped ginger – 1inch
  • Garlic cloves ( peeled )- 15
  • Chopped Onion – 1 large
  • Chopped Tomato – 1 large
  • Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red chilli powder – 1tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cooking Oil – 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTION
How to prepare Palak
  1. Turn on the flame heat a kadhai add 2 tbsp of oil and let it heat add cumin seed, add green chilli, ginger, garlic, and onion and mix it.
  2. Fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame add chopped tomato mix it, cook the tomato on medium flame till it turns little soft ( 2-3 minutes).

How to prepare paneer
Cut a paneer in a cubes sized, Heat a 1 tbsp of oil in a kadhai on medium flame add a paneer cubes and fry it little (or choice is your to fry a paneer) and take out it in a plate and keep aside.

How to prepare gravy for palak paneer
Turn on the flame heat a kadhai add 2 tbsp of oil and let it heat add cumin seed, add green chilli, ginger, garlic, and onion and mix it.
Fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame add chopped tomato mix it , cook the tomato on medium flame till it turns little soft ( 2-3 minutes).

Turn off the flame and let it cool down, take out the fried ingredients in the same blending jar blend it into paste add little water and blend it again, paste is ready to cook.

Heat the same kadhai again, add oil and let it heat add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder into the hot oil mix id add the prepared paste stir it.

Cover the kadhai with lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame stir add fresh cream and mix it add garam masala powder and salt mix it.

Add paneer cubes gently stir it and cover the kadhai and cook it for 2 mins on low flame, after 2 mins open the lid and stir it.

Turn off the gas flame and take out it in a serving bowl or plate and garnish with little fresh cream and palak paneer is ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 300 gm Spinach leaves - washed
  • 2.50 gm Paneer cubes
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed
  • 3 Green chilli
  • 1 inch Chopped ginger
  • 15 Garlic cloves ( peeled )
  • 1 large Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder

  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • How to prepare palak - 
    First clean a palak wash it properly, turn on the flame and boil 2 1/2 litre of water in a pot boil on high flame add spinach leaves in the hot water cook it for 2 mins on high flame then take out it from the boiling water.
  • Pour little cold water on the leaves, take out leaves in a blending jar and keep it aside.
  • How to prepare paneer

  • Cover the kadhai with lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame stir add fresh cream and mix it add garam masala powder and salt mix it.
  • Add paneer cubes gently stir it and cover the kadhai and cook it for 2 mins on low flame, after 2 mins open the lid and stir it.
  • Turn off the gas flame and take out it in a serving bowl or plate and garnish with little fresh cream and palak paneer is ready to serve.
