- Coconut freshly scraped -1 cup
- Ghee- 2 Tbsp
- Dry fruit- 1 Tbsp
- Green cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
- Sugar -1/2 cup
- Milk- 2 cup
- Almonds, Nuts, Kishmish- to garnish
Heat a ghee in a pan over a moderate flame add dry fruits and saute it for 3-4 minutes.
Add coconut and stir it well then add cardamom powder and sugar and fry it until the coconut gets light brown.
Add milk and mix well, cover the pan and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Uncover, stir once and continue till the sugar dissolves, and milk gets absorbed in coconuts.
Switch off the gas flame and take it in a plate and garnish with nuts, kishmish and almonds and serve a hot.
