Winter special Mix Veg Curry is made by cooking a mixture of vegetables together in traditional Indian spices with an onion tomato gravy.

- 1/2 cup cauliflower chopped
- 1/2 cup potato chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot chopped
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 medium-size tomato chopped
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1-1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/3 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- salt to taste
Heat a oil in a kadhai add cumin seed, onion garlic and fry it.
Add tomato and fry it, till tomato get little soft.
Add peas & potato and saute it.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and fry it.
Add cauliflower and carrot mix it with all ingredients.
Add coriander leaves mix it well and cover a lid, cook for a minute.
Open a lid stir it, add 1/2 cup of water mix it, and cover a lid again cook for a 4-5 minute.
After 4-5 minute open a lid stir it, sabzi are well cooked turn off the flame.
Take out a sabzi in a serving bowl, and garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve it with poori.
