Milky Suji halwa is a very tasty dessert with Suji, pure ghee, milk and crush dry fruits and it is very easy to cook and yummy to eat.
Its take 10 minutes to ready.
- 1 bowl Suji
- One bowl Milk [fresh]
- 4-5 cardamom seed
- Sugar to taste
- 2 tbsp pure ghee
- Crushed dry fruits [ kaju, kishmish, almonds]
In a frying pan put ghee and heat it on low flame.
Add crush of dry fruits and cook it on low flame until dry fruits get light brown.
Add Suji, Sugar and Cardamom seed and continue cook on low flame till Suji get light brown and then add Milk and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
