Methi Aloo ki Sukhi Sabji
  • 2 Medium size of Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 Bunch of Fenugreek leaves plucked washed and chopped
  • 1 tsp of Cumin seed
  • 2-3 Whole Red Chilli
  • 5-6 cloves of Garlic ( chopped )
  • 1tbsp of Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Heat a oil in a kadhai on medium flame add cumin seed, whole red chilli, garlic stir it.
  • Add potatoes, salt mix it with ingredients. And fry it for few minutes.
  • Add fenugreek leaves stir it, cover the lid and cook for a minutes.
  • Open the lid and stir it, potato and leaves are cooked well.
  • Turn off the flame, take out a sabji in a plate and serve a hot.
