Matar Pulao
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 Cup Rice
  • 500 gm Green peas
  • 1 tbsp Carrot
  • 3-4 tbsp Ghee
  • 10-12 Cashew
  • 6-8 Raisin
  • 1-2 Bay leaf
  • 3 Green cardamom ( crushed )
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 4 Black-pepper seed
  • 2 Cinnamon stick
  • 1/3 tsp salt
INSTRUCTION
  • Wash a rice with water 2-3 times.
  • Turn on the flame let heat a pressure cooker pan.
  • Add ghee let it heat.
  • Once ghee is heated add whole spices and stir it.
  • Fry dry fruits for few second on medium flame.
  • Add green peas and carrot mix it and fry it for 2 mins till the peas becomes little soft.
  • Add a rice and salt mix it with all ingredients, and continue fry it for few minutes.
  • Add 2 Cup of water and stir it well.
  • Close the lid of pressure cooker properly, Cook it for 2 whistle on medium flame.
  • After 2 whistle turn off the flame.
  • Take out a pulao in a serving plate and serve a hot.
