200 gm Paneer
1 Cup frozen Peas
1 Green Chilli
8-10 cloves Garlic
2 inch Ginger
2 medium size of Tomato
7-8 Cashew ( kaju )
1/2 tsp Cumin seed
1/3 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp of fenugreek leaves
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
4 tblsp Cooking Oil
Salt to taste
Fry a paneer for 2 mins on medium flame.
Once it is fried a bit, take it out.
Heat a oil in a kadhai fry bay leaf, cumin seed, green chilli, ginger, garlic, onion and tomatoes.
When tomatoes get soft. Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
Fry a kaju for 1 minute.
Put all Mixture in grinding jar.
Grind it into paste.
Turn on the flame heat a oil add green cardamom, turmeric powder.
Red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala powder fry it till oil get seperate from masalas.
Add frozen peas and onion paste and salt fry it for 2 minutes.
Add fried paneer and mix it.
Add 1/2 glass of water.
Add fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves and mix it.
Cover a lid and cook for 5 – 6 minutes.
Open a lid stir it. Turn off the flame.
Take out in a serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
