How to make hare Matar k chole ki subzi

Take a steel bowl to add 1-litre water and boil peas for 5 minutes on a medium gas flame.

After 5 minutes switch off the gas flame and heat oil in a pan add green chilli, onion, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes and fry it till the oil gets separated from the tomatoes.

Now add boiled peas and fry it for a few minutes, then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and fry it for 4-5 minutes

After 5 minutes add little water and cook it, then add garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves and cook it for again 4-5 minutes
STEP-5 When peas get completely cooked then switch off the gas flame take out a matar chole in a plate and garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.

Ingredients

  • 500 Mg Green peas
  • 2 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Tomato (chopped)
  • 2 Green chilli (chopped)
  • 1-1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt according to taste
