Hari Dhaniya ki Chatni

Hari Dhaniya ki Chatni is easy and quick recipe, which get prepared within 5 minute, with few ingredients.
This chatni have juicy and little spicy in taste, there is fresh lemon juice and green chilli which give Chatni very aromatic flavour, and the smell of coriander leaves so good.
You can serve this delicious chatni with different types of Pakodas in tea-time snacks or with aloo prathas, simple pratha and with simple dal and chawal as a side dish.
Hari Dhaniya ki Chatni
  • 1/2 cup of Coriander leaves
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 6 cloves of Garlic
  • 1-1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp Mustard Oil
  • Salt as taste

Hari Dhaniya ki Chatni Recipe

  • Take a mixi-jar add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Add Tomato, green chilli, garlic, ginger and cumin seed grind it, make a smooth paste.
  • Open a jar, add salt, lemon juice, mustard oil and again grind it.
  • Take out a chutney in a bowl.
