- 1 medium size Cauliflower (broken into medium size florets)
- 1 Green Capsicum ( chopped )
- 2-3 Onion ( chopped )
- 1 tsp Vineger
- 2 Green Chilli ( split )
- 1 inch Ginger ( chopped )
- 5-6 Garlic ( chopped )
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Black-pepper powder
- Cooking Oil
- Salt as taste
- 1 tbsp Maida
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/3 tsp Red Chilli powder
- pinch of salt
Boil a water add pinch of salt and cauliflower floret and boil it.
Once it done turn off the flame, drain the excess water and take it out in a bowl.
Take bowl add cornflour, maida, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste.
Add water as required and make a batter, coat all floret in a batter.
Heat a oil in a kadhai on medium flame dip floret one by one and fry it, till golden brown and keep aside.
Fry green chilli, ginger and garlic.
Fry onion, spring onion and capsicum.
Add tomato sauce, vineger, soya sauce and saute it.
Add green chilli sauce, black pepper powder, salt and stir it.
Add fried floret and mix it well.
Add cornflour batter for gravy and fry it for a minute.
After you get a desired consistency of gravy turn off the flame, and take it out in a serving plate.
Garnish it with spring onion and slice of green chilli.
