It is prepared with a boiled cauliflower and with regular Indian spices and gram flour. First, we have to cut a cauliflower in a pieces and boiled it then make a batter with besan add all spices in a batter and then put all boiled cauliflower in a batter and mix it well, then heat a oil in a pan and dip a pakoda in a oil and deep-fry it.

Cut a cauliflower in a pieces and boil it, then combine the besan add 1/2 cup of water, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste in a deep bowl and mix well using a whisk till smooth

Now batter is ready then add boiled cauliflower pieces in the prepared batter, and mix it well

Heat a oil in a deep non-stick pan and drop it in hot oil. Deep-fry on a medium flame, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drained on an absorbent paper and served a hot with tomato ketchup, and with coriander chutney

  • 1 Cauliflower 3 cups boiled and drained
  • 1/2 Cup Gram flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • Cumin powder
  • 1 pinch a pinch of asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
