Egg cake without oven
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cane (200 ml )of Condense milk 
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 Egg
  • Powder Sugar, for dusting


  • Grease bottom and sides of baking pan with butter, or cooking oil.
  • In a bowl combine all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix it well and set aside.
  • In another bowl add butter and egg and mix it well until smooth.
  • Add condensed milk and mix until well combined. Then add dry ingredients and mix every addition.
  • Pour cake batter into a grease baking pan. Tap to get rid of the bubble.
  • Take a kadhai to add salt and preheat it for 10 mins over medium heat.
  • After 10 minutes put the baking pan on top of a salt cover and cook over low medium heat for 60 mins.
  • After 60 mins inserted a toothpick in a cake when a toothpick comes out clean then turn off the flame.
  • After it cooks let it cool before in molding.
  • Dust with powdered sugar on top of the cake.
