Chilli Soyabean

Chilli Soyabean is a Indo chinese dish, It is unique and delicious recipe. A great Protein of source are present in soyabean chunks, so it is very healthy too.
It is easy and quick recipe, it complete approx 20-25 minute. This aromatic Chilli Soyabean dish perfect paired with fried rice or prathas.
Chilli Soyabean
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cup Soyabean Chunks
  • 2-3 Onion cut in (cubes)
  • 1 Spring Onion ( chopped )
  • 1 Capsicum chopped into  (cubes)
  • 2 Green Chilli cut into (slice)
  • 1 tbsp of Cornflour ( for batter )
  • 5-6 Garlic cloves ( chopped )
  • 2 inch of Ginger ( chopped )
  • 2 tbsp Soyasauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Green chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
For Marination
  • 2 tsp Cornflour
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Soyasauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Egg
  • little salt.
INSTRUCTION
  • Boil a soyabean chunks, Once it done turn off the flame, drain the excess water and take it out in a bowl.
  • Add 1 cup of cold water in chunks and squeeze them gently to remove excess water.
  • In a bowl add soya chunks, cornflour, red chilli powder.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, beat a egg, and add little salt mix it.
  • Rest for 10 minute.
  • After 10 mins, heat a oil deep fry a soya chunks and keep it aside.
  • Heat some oil fry green chilli, ginger, garlic.
  • Add onion, soyasauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce and capsicum saute it all.
  • Add salt and spring onion fry it.
  • After the capsicum has become little soft, add soya chunks and saute it well.
  • Add cornflour batter for gravy and mix them all, fry it for a minute.
  • After you get the desired consistency of gravy turn off the flame, and take it out in a plate.
  • Garnish it with spring onion and green chilli.
