Baingan Palak ki Sabji

Baingan Palak ki sabzi recipe is one of the most delicious and simple recipe, which you can easily prepare in few minute, with few ingredients which can easily available in our kitchen.
The combination of palak and baingan and also there has aloo in sabzi and all of are too good in taste, You can serve this tasty and healthy sabzi with roti, parathas, and with simple rice and dal.
Baingan Palak ki Sabji
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 medium size Baingan (chopped)
  • 1 bunch of Palak
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 4-5 Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1-2 peeled potato (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1-1tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/3 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
INSTRUCTION
  • Heat a oil in a kadhai add cumin seed, green chilli, garlic and onion fry it till golden brown.
  • Add potato and tomato fry it.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, saute it and cover a lid.
  • Open a lid add baingan and cook for a minute.
  • When baingan get little soft, add palak and mix it well, cover a lid and cook for a minute.
  • Open a lid and saute it again cover a lid, and cook for 3-4 minute.
  • Open a lid stir it, when all sabzi are well cooked then turn off the flame and take out in a serving plate.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve a sabzi with roti.
